Mr Lu then announced the presence of premier Li Keqiang at the next summit between China and the European Union in Brussels on June 29. This will be his first visit to the European Union since the changing of the guard at the top of the European Commission, now headed by Jean-Claude Juncker. Li Keqiang will be in Europe from June 28 to July 2, with a stop-off in France where he is expected to meet with the leaders of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris - a chance to discuss Chinese investment opportunities in the new 315 billion-euro European Fund for Strategic Investments. China following Greek crisis but no hint of intervention

Beijing - China is looking closely at the handling of the Greek debt crisis and is hoping for a quick solution, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang, speaking in Beijing. "From China's standpoint, we hope Greece will get out of the crisis soon for the sake of stable development in the EU integration process," he told a daily news briefing.
