Egypt's Premier Mahlab to attend bilateral event in Italy

Turin - The Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), the Italian-Egyptian Business Council and Intesa Sanpaolo bank are organising a two-day meeting of Italian and Egyptian political and economic leaders on July 22 and 23 in Turin and Milan.

The first day in Turin will see a discussion on the theme of, "Egypt Economic Reform Agenda. A new path for growth". The meeting will be attended by Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, Minister of Industry, Trade and SMEs Mounir Abdel Nour, President of Piedmont Sergio Chiamparino, Executive Vice President of the Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo and Co-President of the Italian-Egyptian Business Council Marcello Sala, President of ISPI Giancarlo Aragona, Egyptian ambassador Amr Helmy and the President of the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) Riccardo Monti. The discussion will focus on the key points of the Egyptian government's reforms and the opportunities for Italian companies. The annual meeting in Italy of the Italian-Egyptian Business Council will be held in Milan the day after. (AGI)
