The programme includes animated films, conferences, round tables and workshops for students. It is organised by the School of Animated Film in Vranje, local authorities, the Serbian Ministries of Culture and Sport, the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade, the U.S. Embassy and other cultural bodies and institutions. Monica Masucci will speak about her experiences and artistic achievements. Her first film was the 2005 documentary Scene d'Interni con Topo di Gomma. Storie di Microcomunita. Two years later she was awarded a Special Mention for her camera and lighting work in Anna Franceschini's Polystirene at the Bellaria Doc Film Festival. She produced several animated short films between 2009 and 2015, and took part in the 2010 Global Animation Film Festival in Valese and the Comics Festival in Fano in 2013, where she won a Special Mention for her illustration La Casa del Signor Said. More recent projects included graphics, the publication of an art book for the One Seed, One Tree project, and the lettering for Silvio Boselli's comic strip Operazione Arcobaleno.
