The Opec monthly report estimated a rise in non-Opec country supplies of about 9000 barrels a day. Furthermore, Opec has raised estimates for 2015 regarding the 90,000 barrels/day of global crude oil demand, but, due to the higher volume offered by non-Opec countries, Opec demand for oil will remain stable at 29.23 million barrels/day. The U.S. non-conventional onshore output is expected to drop slightly by the second half of the year, and offshore production is due to increase thanks to start-up projects. (AGI)
